Refuse to release my parcel for more than a month

<p>GD ********** 75WW</p> <p>My parcel arrived at TNT location OR Tambo since 27june and was supposed to be delivered by 30th of June..I was contacted immediately to submit relevant documents which I did including a copy of my credit card statement. Parcel from AliExpress and my protection period has expired.i tried to get my money back but was declined and given till this Friday 11/8/17 to get a reason from custom why my parcel was not released. I did contact custom directly and was told the parcel is with TNT. I have over the past month wasted lot of money trying to reach them and have sent countless emails. They kept telling me the matter has been escalated and they are waiting for feedback from custom.</p> <p>Please stay away from TNT. Worst service ever.</p>
