Refund Paid
FedEx has finally managed to resolve my long outstanding Refund due to consistent follow-up by their Manager Valdemiro until it was recently resolved and my claim was paid. Thank you FedEx. However, the overall experience has certainly left a bad taste due to their partner TnT handling my claim terribly and having lost my precious cargo whilst in their custody.
