Really Horrible Service and Charges out of NOWHERE

Really bad service, utterly disappointing. I ordered a parcel through e-bay previously, upon the 2nd instance of basically the same item, TNT suddenly got involved. They claim that they have to handle all of the import/duty/VAT of a parcel, and the next moment I receive an invoice with a R 380 service fee included. Upon requesting, via e-mail, the proof of the payment for VAT and Duty, they just do not respond. I phoned them and was REDIRECTED 8 TIMES before I reached financing, where-after they took my details and days later HAVE NOT sent me the required proof of Duty and VAT payment. I have no way of knowing the numbers they make up are not fictitious. And there was NO mention of a service fee until after when you receive the invoice. THIS after I have already paid in EXCESS of R 1000.00 import costs to the supplier.

I would NOT recommend this company at all.
