Really annoyed with the level of service
I am so ****ed of level of service at fedex I have been tracking my parcel and it shows as Capetown then Dubai only to call and to find out its in for customs what angers me the most is that I always have to initiate communication u guys don't even bother tontell me my parcels is in for customs was I supposed to smell that .I need that parcel irregardless of customs or not .
