Professional and Excellent Customer service - Mark Pillay

I would like to thank Mark Pillay for the professional and excellent customer service he gave me when I had lost hope. My parcel was with customs department for almost a month and after a lot of phone calls and sending numerous email to FedeEx with no help at all.
