Product undelivered after 7 months
I sent a return product to my supplier in China on the 27th of march. Today it is still undelivered, I hadn't had a reply in over a month and the excuse was the system was down, now it is made out that they could not get a hold of my supplier and my product has been destroyed.
The response and service of the company is disgusting and goes against the companies motto.
