Poor Turnaround Time and even worse customer service

<p>I re**** on TNT to deliver a time critical shipment. Eventhough they were quick to land and clear the paperwork at customs they were just completely useless when it comes to interaction with the customer to provide the relevant paperwork and invoice in order to make payment and ensure the shipment is delivered on time. Now delivery cannot be made just because TNT have not completed their paperwork. I phoned TNT 4 times now and their promise to send me the paperwork has not happened yet. This is just causing unnecessary delays and the delivery date has allready been moved out which is unacceptable.</p>
