POOR STINKING SERVICE
WHAT A DISAPPOINTING SERVICE FROM FEDEX
I have been waiting for my package to be delivered from February 2021 until NOW, Shipment ***. I have sent them everything they wanted and on time, But my package was taken to state warehouse because of their stupidity.
I was taken from pillar to post even when the mistake was from their side. I gave them everything they wanted. But still to this day I am struggling with my parcel, making endless calls. This is the second time I experience a **** service from FedEx.
I am dealing with an agent by the name of Prudence Herling, she keeps on giving me feedback, but still no shipment at my door step, I am being told that she has escalated this query since June... Now it's July. I paid for an Express service, but I am getting a Snail. I WANT MY SHIPMENT by end of this week and a refund for the service I never got (freight charges)
I honestly wouldn't recommend FEDEX to anyone, The service stinks!!!!
