Poor service, wrong charges on invoice
Poor service as always. customs charged me almost R12000 for a 1.1kg box from Holland using a wrong invoice which is not even here and it is access of 50 kg, still in Holland.
Surely they could have picked that up, from a 1.1kg box and you use and invoice for 50kg to clear? Come on, now its my problem to sort out cause no one wants to own up?
only if my suppliers could stop using Fedex from Europe i would be happy.
