Poor Service - item left unattended at reception

I would like to make known that an Item purchased from [URL Removed] was sent via FEDEX Express couriers to my work address. The item was dropped off at the reception desk unattended and of which I did not sign for. This is not the first time for this type of service was received. I am very disappointed in the service. The delivery team needs to call and alert their customers. For an international company this is very poor service carried out.
