Poor service from tnt jhb
Shipment delayed in jhb for 8 days. NOTHING happening, NO communication at all. I had to contact them. After 10 days, still not processed by customs. Many promises received, including delivery, as well as to keep me up to date with further progress, but that also did not happen. <br> <br> I have never been so frustrated. This is very bad for my business. It is also not the first time. My supplier said they will not send anything to tnt South Africa(jhb) again because of this.
