Poor service from FedEx south africa

I ordered a parcel online from Shein. Arrived in South africa a week ago. I was notified to receive my parcel Friday the 9th. I query the Monday and was promised to receive the parcel the Tuesday, no delivery the Tuesday I called they said it's at the depot I said I will arrange to collect. When my fiance got there they had no parcel and still in joburg They then promised to have it overnight via express. This morning I received I parcel and low and behold it is the incorrect parcel. They now telling me the parcel will arrive in Cape town only tomorrow. I'm sorry to say but this is poor service. I had two parcels from shein ordered the same time buffalo courier service already delivered the one parcel on Tuesday.
