POOR SERVICE FROM FEDEX!!!!
Have been waiting for a parcel from the USA since its arrival in South Africa 5 July 2020. I have sent numerous emails requesting and update and keep getting the same reply, or the request has been passed to management or "we are experiencing delays on inbound services" More than a month now!!!
