Poor Service

I wait for a parcel which would be delivered with FedEx.. My daughter A. Botha received a sms the parcel will be delivered yesterday.. I wait the whole day and nobody shown up... We phoned FedEx and they told us they can't reach the driver... Today we received a message again parcel is out for delivery.. Again I sit like a fool at home and nobody shown up.. phone FedEx again and they told us that the driver won't answer his phone as they are scared for hijacking.. now what does hijacking and answering a phone got to do with each other... We phoned them seven times today... Really this is redicioulous as they let me sit at home and wait for nothing... I will never recommend FedEx to anybody and definitely going to also warm people on facebook about FedEx Klerksdorp...

Hi Brenda.. I phoned FedEx 10times today and NOBODY van help me.. Only answer I get is they can't get hold of the driver which did not answer his phone..... I even told them if ahe can't find the place I will go to Orkney to meet him there to collect this parcel.. This is a very important parcel and we need that urgently... Really I don't know what to do anymore... A driver that deliver goods and not answering his phone is rediculious.... let me think hy don't really do his job that is why he switch off his phone... I don't know who else to contact re my parcel..... PLEASE HELP!!!
