Poor service delivery from TNT

I have been communicating with various staff members at TNT regarding a parcel that was due to be delivered a week ago. Up till now, still no delivery. My correspondence is going from one department to the next with no joy in sight! Times are tough and yet those who are employed, the level of service delivery is pathetic. Never will I recommend TNT to any business or person. All they give you are headaches!
