Poor service

These guys delivered an incomplete order and **** that the rest of the order was following same day. They have sat with the rest of my order for 3 weeks now

Dear Philani Thank you for your review on Hellopeter, please note that this is not a FedEx error, the original shipment was only 2 pieces. We received the remaining three pieces as a separate shipment today in Johannesburg. The shipment has not gone out on delivery today. Even though the commitment date on the shipment is for the 7th of July I am trying to arrange a Saturday delivery as a gesture of goodwill. Kind regards
