Poor service by TNT

<p>I still have not received feedback regarding my shipment! tracking - ********** 63. This is pathetic service from TNT. This is my second email/ contact form submitted on the TNT website and I have also called in 4 times about it and have had no emails or calls back as promised. The shipment arrived in south Africa on the 13th of October and I believe it has been stopped by customs for a tariff code issue but no one has contacted me as to why and what is required to get the shipment cleared. I have customers waiting for some of these items. Shocking service by a supposedly well respected international courier company.</p>
