POOR service by FedEx
I do not like the service provided by this conpany, I hate it. It has been days since my parcel was supposed to be delivered and when I follow up I do not get joy. A courier company that makes you talk with Bots chats and email, if you call tbey make you talk with machines is a NO NO from me.
I stay 8.2km away from their depot but they have stories ot no responses at all, appalling service.
If I could have a choice when purchasing if I want FedEx as delivery company or not, I would never choose that company.
