Poor service

I’m awaiting delivery of my parcel and I just received a call from a driver advising me that ‘he will try ‘ to deliver my parcel 😏 I mean how do you even say that to a customer ? His reason is that I did not specify the suburb however the area is Sandton so what’s so difficult about delivering? I need that parcel to be delivered today as I’m leaving for Durban tomorrow.
