Poor service
FedEx pre clearance depart . There is a lady called seroche kortje. She one of the worst agents to deal with. I thought this lady would have changed he attitude by now I dealt with this lady a year ago abd I had a challenge with her. Frist she sends we a wrong email address i return her calls she does not answer my calls neither does she call again so I really don't know if my parcel will arrive. Might arrive but there will be a delay at customs. The lady is at work but not at work she must go work for a public service. That's were her services are required
