Poor Service
I have a parcel that is on priority express, I paid for custom duties on the 25th & when I called they said a normal turnaround for a parcel that is on Port of health is up to 48hrs. Until now they don’t know when I wil receive it. FedEx is very frustrating. So I just have to wait 🥹
