poor service

poor service. took me 2 weeks to try and get my parcel and after all my parcel was delivered to the incorrect address even after correcting the address with the help of their service providers. to say the least if it was not for Brandon Luke who really shows his commitment to his job I am not sure if I would have received my shipment at all. Thank you Brandon Luke for your dedication in assisting me to receive my Parcel.
