Poor service

<p>I made an online from TakeAlot.com last weekend. On monday i received a phone call from one of your guys, that the car was outside my complex for my delivery. I then inform the guy that i was away for work, wilk be back on Tuesday around 13h00. Tuesday morning i got another call from a guy i forgot his name saying that, the delivery guy was around my place. i then inform him that once i get back i will inform them of which i did around 13:00 . I was then told that the guy who is doing deliveries around Richards bay area refused to come back, he said he cant come back twice, i should come to town for it. Due to the fact that i had along day at work, i then inform them that i will be available on Wednesday and will wait for them. Midday i send them countless messages in vain regarding my delivery. No feed back, nothing. I am still waiting for my delivery upto now!!!!! Please help. </p>
