Poor Service

I will never ever use Fedex again. I'm going back to dhl. You pay for this courier service yet u get your parcel after weeks. Parcels get stopped by customs every time yet good companies like dhl assist you to release your parcel on time. but if your parcel get stopped and its with Fedex you will never get it on time. Then their employees don't even try to assist you or respond to your email. people like Zoliswa Mokopu who don't even do their job. Yet their are so many people out there who are unemployed.
