Poor service
I am not happy with FedEx, I have been waiting for my parcel from China, I called the consultant she told me my parcel its sitting at Dubai and she doesn't guarantee that it's will come this week because flight space, if fedex can't deliver why they take my money later telling me stories, I paid for fast service but I don't receive value for my money, I want my goods soon as possible, my business its dependent on these goods, I have not even received a call from FedEx telling me about the delay, this is just poor service I am really not happy

07 Jul 2020, 10:48The issue was resolve , I received my goods one day before delivery date, I am happy with fedex , they are also quick in resolving issues and am relay happy, other companies do not even care about costumer services. we just wish and pry this go back to normal
