Poor Poor Service
So this is not the first time I am using Fed Ex I have done it twice before .. Oh I I wish I had not given them a 3rd chance!! I specifically paid priority shipping the the illusion I will receive my package on the 28th.. There tracking is never updated ... You get **** to about snow in countries where it did not snow!! They use many touch points for a so call “priority package” which I paid R1100 for as I need it for a competition on the weekend. Being on the logistics industry I honestly don’t know how they get away with this appalling service.. I will not touch them again. I WANT MY PACKAGE TODAY!!!
