Poor customer service - Fedex South Africa
I have sent a query to Fedex, both online and on an queries email address. A lady by the name of Micaela Senekal responded, forwarding the email to someone else to help, and no one has gotten back to us. The query is over a month old, and no one is assisting in sorting this out after various follow ups.
