Poor customer service FedEx
I've been dealing with a lady by the name of Cherzal Subramoney at FedEx. She initially sent me an email for information I needed to supply. After doing so she only submitted the information a week later to the relevant authorities. She also has not been responding to my emails. This is customer service at its worst.
