Poor customer Service by Fedex-tracking number:***

We have shipment with Fedex from China, struggling to get this shipment release and the lady from Fedex assisting us not taking out calls and we don't have clear answers on why is our products detained. Cherzal Subramoney from Fedex is not taking our call since last week.We need to finalize this issue is been long now.Fedex service is not good at all.

We have shipment with FedEx from China, struggling to get this shipment release and we been struggling since May and FedEx is not serious to retrieve our shipment with customs. They instructed us to pay customs duties now they sending us from one person to another they so Unprofessional.We helpless can someone help this is been long and frustrating.
