Poor coresponadance

I had a friend mail me a package from the USA, June 23rd. The package arrved in South Africa on the 1st of July. I heard nothing from Fedex until I called them on Monday July 6th. The consultant assured me it will be delivered that day. I called again around 16:00 since it was not delivered yet and then that consultant told me that they need my address and contact info, since they didn't have it. I gave that to her. And I had to wait for a clearance person to call me. So the next day, July 7th Ramona Musami called me and she emailed the form to list each item in the package. I responded to the email that same day. Again I heard nothing back from anyone until today form Lucean Freddy, requesting the same form. I responded right away with the previously filled in form I sent to Ramona. I just checked my emails to see if there has been any response and there is none. I tried to call Lucean on the number supp**** on his email and that phone call was not answered. I further read that my package will be sent back to the USA if I do not reply but yet nobody is responding to me. I kindly asked him to call me if he still needs anything from me and there has been no call yet. Really upset!!!
