Poor comunication and service
On 20 May my parcel arrived in South Africa. I was informed to hand in documents that were required by customs which were done by the 24th of May. Since then, I emailed the person handling my parcel 27 times and every time, no reply or "the waiting period for customs are 5 days" Its been 10 work days and no Information on my parcel. Unfortunately I had the exact same problem about 8 months ago where R1000 of watches disappeared "waiting for customs" At this point, I will recommend not to use Fedex.
