Poor Comms
I'm very disappointed with Fedex, they've been serving me well but with what I've experienced recently :( No reply to customer inquiries and a delayed delivery of 2 days. I am still waiting for the parcel still and by what I was told I'm only going to receive my parcel on Monday 11th Dec for what was shipped from the UK on the 4th Dec.
It should have reached me by Wednesday the 6th already. I'm very disappointed with Vanessa Christine Vorster for going mute on me with my inquiries and all I asked was "What is causing the delay", at least put my mind at ease by replying to queries but then I'm here on Hellopeter bit*ching and it ain't even my thing to go rant on such platforms.
