Poor attitude and conning me.
Never in my life will I use Fedex again. I got charged customs for amounts lower than R500. And Vanessa Christine Vorster was so arrogant, and she had no interest in helping. This was my issue, and mine only. I am reporting this matter to relevang parties, as I am being conned out of money that should not be payable.
Please send her for classes on how to work with clients, and that being friendly, and trying to help is not a crime, yet. I will never use or do business with FEDEX again.
