Poor
<p>I have a gift sent to me by a friend in USA, actually a second hand item. He had all my details which he attached. My parcel then arrives at customs in South Africa, apparently all of that disappeared. </p> <p> </p> <p>A week later i contact fedex to find out what's going on, I'm told they need my I.D number and email. My question is why did they not contact anyone and ask for that? </p>
