Please release my Parcel, I’m begging you it’s been 3 weeks

It’s been 3 weeks now waiting for my parcel to be released by customs, this is absolutely ridiculous. I have received 4 other parcels from FEDEX, that were shipped after this specific one. Everyday I call in, first I need to wait 20 minutes before my call gets answered and no one even bothers to even follow up with customs to find out what the delay is, I’m just told to wait. I understand the delays during this pandemic however FEDEX still needs to maintain some level of professionalism. I am so upset as this is affecting my business in such a negative way. I’m loosing money for everyday my parcel is held.
