PLEASE DO NOT USE FEDEX!!!
Urgent documents coming from overseas to be delivered to me in Cape Town. After many delays internationally it finally arrived in Jhb on Friday 26 June. Since then it has been stuck in Jhb with the reason being "Goods are subject to regulatory review." Since when did documents need regulatory approval. FedEx does not answer calls. I get the same canned reply from the chat agent that the shipment has been moved out for delivery. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT USE FEDEX!!!
