PLEASE CAN SOMEONE FROM FEDEX CALL ME BACK WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING???????????

This package was picked up on the 24.10.18 we paid extra for priority shipping, we have called and called and called, emailed and emailed with no answer and no one knows what the hell is going on, we paid the pre clearance on the 29.10.18 which was done asap, then I get told on the 30.10.18 the flight arrives at 17:45 that evening, now I called and the flight only arrives at 31.10.18 after 9am and cant guarantee this!!!!

The sender called Fedex in Germany and was told that it had left Germany to south Africa?????

If someone who really knows what they are doing please can you call me bac****!
