Pesistent delivery to wrong address
We receive 4 or 5 courier deliveries of medicines every month. These are all critical supplies for serious health problems. Despite the obvious importance of the delivery (the boxes are clearly marked) Fedex repeatedly delivers the parcels to the wrong address. Outrages claims are made that we \used to live at that address"(we never did) or that \""Derek\"" accepted the parcel (Derek was a builder who happened to be at the site"
