Pathetic service from FedEx South Africa

Atrocious service from FedEx sa. I updated my address for delivery on Thursday 05/12/2024 and to date I haven't received my parcel. Everytime I log a call I'm being told that they are escalating and they will provide feedback and they don't. This is a bad service fedex

I haven't received my delivery and you promised that it will be delivered today. Your call centre agents don't know anything about this being delivered today
