PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FEDEX.
Sorry there is no review for a zero mark.
I have been waiting for a critical shipment quote from Fedex for in excess of 3 weeks now. Nothing. My contact Gerhard is absolutely useless and does not deserve the job He does not respond to mails nor messages. Fire him
In desperation I have asked for the MD's contact number with no response. .... Not surprised.
