Pathetic service

The absolute worst courier company to deal with, I've sent numerous emails and tried getting through to the call centre for 3 days without success, nobody bothers replying to your emails, the customs duties was paid 25 March but still waiting for the parcel to be delivered, absolutely appalling service and very unprofessional staff. Is this the service we must accept in the new SA
