Pathetic service!!!

TNT "Express" collected a package on the 19th of June from China. After numerous fights and phone calls they send a mail today (16 July) that the package is ready for collection at their warehouse in Boksburg (even confirming closing time of 17h00). On arrival at the warehouse they refused to let me in. I then phoned them while standing at the gate and they advised me that the package is not there but still at the airport and I am not allowed to collect it from there. It will be exactly 1 month on Monday.......if I get it. Which part of "Express" do I not understand. Trying to phone customer service 5 times from 15:30 but no answer.
