PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVER

I made a purchase with Shein and have received all updates as to where my package was and as soon as it got to FEDEX SA, problems arose. I was supposed to have my package delivered yesterday and it was with the driver the whole day as it left their depot at 6.35am and I received an sms confirming my delivery will be done before 6pm, yesterday. I waited the whole day and no package arrived. I went on the fedex app to track my package and the last update is that I was not available or company was closed. I have my residential address on the package and I was home.

Very angry that the drivers can lie about this and get away with it. I want this escalated and my delivery to be done today 15.09.26. This is not acceptable and I cannot get hold of anyone at FEDEX to assist me further.
