Pathetic service and lack of ethics from your driver

My order from shein was coming through fedex, and it was supposed to be delivered today(express shipping). The driver came with a speed point and requested that i pay custom fees at my gate, i was applaud and became very suspicious, i told him i have been ordering from Shein for a number of years and i’ve never been requested to pay by a delivery guy. He arrogantly said he’s gonna keep my order and continue with his business.

I called your office and was to that i was supposed to pay at the gate, but since I didn’t i should make a transfer. Was it my fault that they didn’t send me a link to clear custom fees? Why was this not communicated with me prior? Was i supposed to just take out my card and pay the driver at the gate? Isn’t that strange, in a country where ***** is high? What do you guys take us for? If this is how you guys work, why are your drivers not trained to make clients understand your process? Ive paid for express shipping now I don’t even know how long I’ll wait until i receive my order.
