Pathetic service

<p>Odered an item online, Ebay used FedEx to courier the item to my residence. Although I did not sign receipt for the item, FedEx insisted that the item was delivered to my address and somebody signed for it. On inspection of the signed receipt document the signature was illigible and not mine. In fact where it clearly said print name it had a squiggle name. FedEx, despite my many emails to a Aneshree and Fred Smith has now acknowledged that the item was not delivered and went to some other place. They offered to now deliver, with no assurane that the item is still in original condition etc. How can I just accept something that went through so many other hands. Now I have to use the "consumer protection act". I will never ever purcahse through eBay or any other company that uses FedEx and at the same time will warn alot of aother people.</p>
