Pathetic service

My package has arrived 4 days ago. Everyday I get notications of an abnormal delivery. No one home and that they've tried to reach me but nobody answers. When we phoned in it was first reported that they couldn't find the address . The 2nd time we called the package wasn't even with the driver. Yesterday I was literally home waiting and I got the same notification. This is pathetic service. Even my husband gave his details. We have not received one call.
