PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I filed a return on Takealot.com on Friday. A confirmation e-mail was sent to me stating that the package was to be collected on Tuesday. When no one showed up, I phoned Customer Service. They told me the driver will be picking it up on Wednesday. Wednesday morning I phoned to tell them to inform the driver that I will be available from 11am since I was writing exam that morning. Wednesday afternoon at 4pm I was still waiting for the collection to be made. I phoned yet again. They then informed me that the collection was scheduled for Friday(today) between 9am and 11am. When I phoned at about 10:40am, I was told that the collection will be between 11am and 1pm. This whole week I have been expecting the collecction with just nothing happening. This is THE MOST pathetic service I have ever received.</p>
