Pathetic Service

<p>I've had a parcel ( <u cl***="search-box__base-roster-label ng-binding"> Shipment number ***) </u>send from China on the 16th of April 2016. The parcel arrived in South Africa on the 18th of April 2016. Its been 3 and a half weeks and my parcel has still not been delivered to me. I have not received any call from the TNT office with regards my parcel. I have contacted them on numerous occasions with regard to the delay and I keep getting told that a representative will contact me, but I have not received any call as yet. Any attempt to resolve the delay goes in vain each time I call the company. Pathetic service from this courier company.</p>
