Pathetic service
I have been trying to get hold of the COD department to get a package cleared and delivered for 10 days now. The phone is never answered. Online enquiry forms are ignored. Messages are ignored. Emails are ignored. It is mind boggling that a courier company with such pathetic service can still exist. DO NOT USE THEM!! You WILL regret it.
