pathetic servi

<p>I tried tracking my parcel which should have arrived in Swaziland by today....time on the website tracker says it arrived yesterday night but they collected it at 16:00...it has been signed/by an unknown reciever....the person who was supposed to have received the documents hasn't and thus this means a loss for me.....really pathetic....and I've read other reviews and their response is the same!</p>
